Series, HS6-5000A, specifically designed to scale and meet the large archival requirements of data generating industries such as Media &
Entertainment.
NEC's HYDRAstor platform has a proven record of fault-tolerance and redundancy, providing multiple paths between each pair of nodes so that
the storage grid can maintain optimum performance and scalability under conditions of fluctuating load. As in other HYDRAstor based
solutions, when the HS6-5000A adds a storage node it can be automatically recognized by the rest of the grid, reducing the need for
expensive hardware upgrades and downtime.
This adaptive grid architecture enables HYDRAstor HS6-5000A to optimize storage capacity/storage management and deliver a range of key
