NEC Canada Inc. Signs Distribution Agreement with Featurecom, Inc.

Mississauga, ON - March 02, 2017 - North York, Ontario Canada based Featurecom, Inc., a major independent distributor of telephony products since 1996, has partnered with NEC Canada Inc. (NEC), to distribute NEC's popular SL1100 communications platform, ideally suited to the diverse needs of small and mid-sized businesses (SMB). NEC, a leading provider and integrator of advanced IT, communications, networking and biometric solutions, will expand the availability of the already popular and well-received SL1100 product line to all interconnects and integrators in Canada through Featurecom.

The SL1100 offers a wide range of intuitive features that can be tailored to an individual's role. The platform offers desktop phones, wireless handsets and a range of applications plus shortcuts that speed up working processes. Time-saving applications empower company employees to become more productive, a cornerstone of NEC communication offerings and a central tenet of NEC's approach to improving unified communications, part of NEC's Smart Enterprise solutions. The Smart Enterprise suite is an IT platform infrastructure that allows companies to have a more predictive business, operating at a lower cost, and empowering them to be more competitive.
